Dear Pfriends and Pfamilies,

It is with great pride and excitement that I introduce myself as the new principal of PACE High School, where we reimagine the high school experience to meet the unique needs of every student. I am honored to serve a campus so deeply rooted in purpose, resilience, and opportunity.

At PACE, we believe in different paths for different students. We are committed to ensuring 100% of our learners graduate prepared for enrollment, enlistment, or employment. This commitment is more than a goal; it’s a promise we make to every student and their family.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained focused on supporting students through strong school-to-home partnerships, restorative practices, and a whole-child approach to learning. Whether in the classroom, through character education, or by empowering our staff with meaningful professional development, I believe that when we lead with compassion and high expectations, amazing things happen.

I look forward to connecting with each of you as we build a community that values progress, purpose, and people. Together, we will create an environment where every student can thrive: academically, socially, and emotionally.
